Provided extensive financial services to hundreds

(FMC), (a registered investment advisory firm) - Advised hundreds of clients who are individuals
and small businesses on how to best achieve their goals and become
better fulfilled, financially and in their lives, by using (a)
"Sensitive Financial Services" (a holistic, personalized
approach emphasizing life goals, family relationships and careful
risk evaluation) and (b) "IdeasMoney" planning (a value-oriented
approach focused on financial strategies which create extra money,
quantifying it, and sharing it between providers and client.
Organization has varied from one person to six over the years.

FSC Securities Corporation (8/1991 to present) (a broker/dealer headquartered
in Atlanta, GA that is a sub of Sun America) - Advised clients
on various securities and insurance products and services, and
helped in the related transactions, including the set up of estate
plans, retirement plans, trusts, and monitored all accounts.
Frank Sisco, CPA (active CPA doing business
in NY primarily) - Provided businesses
and individuals with traditional services of accounting and tax
(including preparation of financial statements, audits, internal
control reviews, business consulting,) and more in-depth services
for some clients as acting CFO (such as strategic planning, cash
flow management, restructuring)
1984 - 1988 - Prudential Securities,

As registered representative, served clients and acquired detailed
practical knowledge of all types of securities, including mutual
funds, annuities, stocks, bonds, CDs, convertibles, partnerships,
life insurance, options, specialty investments, etc. and the
related strategies for using them. In first 12 months, opened
250 accounts and made $100K of net commission revenue. Active
member of task force to bridge cultures of securities reps and
insurance agents.
1971 - 1977 - Price Waterhouse &

As CPA and auditor for PW, served several large clients in auditing,
accounting, financial and tax matters. As acting manager, led
teams of auditors on several engagements including Bessemer Group
of financial companies (reporting to James Schiro who became
Chairman of PW), including banks in NY, NJ and FL and a NY securities
company. As senior, supervised audits of a construction firm
with major projects nationally and in Algeria, requiring onsite
evaluation of projects costs and profitability, including
analysis of engineering work and procurement. Other key clients
included IBM, National Bulk Carriers, and Seatrain.

- Active in several financial organizations. Past board member
of Westchester Chapter of NYS Society of CPAs and of Estate Planning
Council of Westchester County, Inc. Active in several committees
through years, including as cochairman of Personal Financial
Planning committee. Member of AICPA and NYSSCPA since 1974.

- Created and updated daily a comprehensive data base of clients,

Created new methods of doing business and
other intellectual property, and implemented several including
the following:
2000 - 2001 - Seniormusings.com
Created website for hundreds of writings by seniors and about
seniors, enabling (a) their easier sharing of thoughts and feelings
with loved ones and the world and (b) a way to record memories.
Developed one-hour radio format and produced 16 shows, on each
show up to 10 seniors shared their stories, poems, songs, etc.
Sponsored two community talent shows.
1992 - Board game called Rummikub 500,
made by Pressman Toy Corporation, NY, NY
Co-invented (with Larry Greenberg) board game, which combined
elements of 500 Rummy card game and Scrabble, in innovative way.
Won Family Game of the Year per 10/1992 Games Magazine. Sold
over 40,000 units in 1992.
1985 - 1989 - Video captioning method called
Captionized Video
Invented a method to present song lyrics onto video tape so that
the lyrics wiped on the screen in perfect synchronization with
the words of a song. Helpful for difficult-to-understand popular
songs, especially in hearing-impaired community. Worked closely
with video editing firm. Obtained advance from Florida TV company
to use as a alternative to MTV. Forerunner of karaoke systems.
1977 - 1983 - Sisco Kid Company, New Rochelle,
NY and Mt. Vernon, NY
Purchased existing discount toy store in New Rochelle (4,800
sq. ft.) and transformed it to inviting store which sold toys
in a playful try-and-buy atmosphere and sold baby products (cribs,
carriages, etc) in tune with identified trends of the second
baby boom. Obtained city and state grants for facade improvement.
Obtained loans. Developed all marketing plans and community-related
activities. Opened second store within 2 years.

which continuing professional education credits have been maintained.
Computer skills
- Windows and Mac operating systems, proficient with most popular
software programs, have used personal computers daily since 1982.
