 Principles of serving clients -

I try to . . . . .
 1. Listen more than speak.
2.   Do what I say and say what I do.
3.   Keep in constant touch.
 4.  Charge fairly for my services. Where possible work on a "value basis" rather than hourly fees.
 5.  Strive for simplicity.
 6. Respect client wishes as though they were my own.
 7.  Never cut corners.
8.   Always tell the full truth and don't sugarcoat.
 9.  Be as thorough and as creative as possible, until my head hurts.
 10.  Share bad news as quickly as good news, to keep the client always informed.
