With January 1, 2000 began the Third Thousand set of years following Christ's birth.

First step - Thinking about time in the context of a thousand years, rather than 1 or 5 or 10, is quite invigorating, and can lead to a fuller realization and appreciation of the wonderful aspects of humankind and progress. These positive thoughts sprinkle awesomeness into our own individual lives and the ones in our families and immediate communities. Say often to yourself that what is important is MyHeartAndSoul .

Second step - Accept major changes that will begin to happen in your life during 2001, and possibly as soon as tonight. Embrace revolution as one degree better than evolution. Have faith that God could be an ally in all of this.

Third step - Prepare the way for amazing newness in you, in your family and friends, in people at work, and in the world. Get to love the concept of change, and to live it. Take inspiration from the butterfly. Then fly.

First steps to take in bringing change to your life.

1. Embrace change. Be a change agent for others in your life. Read different magazines to widen your interests and understanding, and a newspaper daily. Notice emerging trends and evaluate the impact on you. Get in physical shape. New clothes. Different meals. Rearrange the furniture. Get out more with other people. Discuss your feelings about these new things with others.

2. Simplify all you do. Continually look for a more time-efficient, less costly way to accomplish a task or even a leisure activity, freeing up more time and sometimes more money.

3. Use money as a resource which can leverage your time and in turn the quality of your life. Be open for fresh ideas to create extra money, either a higher investment return, a new business venture, reducing living expenses, and cutting taxes. Enroll family members in your mission, and help them.
